Korean famous food : How to make broth bulgogi 
(The Korean dish of thin beef slices marinated and grilled on a barbecue)

<Ingredients>

[material]

Bulgogi Beef 600g
1 sliced onion
1/2 carrot
1 green onion (medium size)

[Bulgogi sauce]

5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon syrup
1 tablespoon of sake
1/2 cup water (paper cup)
1.5 tablespoons chopped garlic
1.5 tablespoons Sesame oil
Black pepper a little

1. Make the delicious sauce according to the above mentioned amount.




2. Marinate the meat in the sauce.  If you will eat the meat tomorrow morning, you may usually marinate it the night before. But you can also marinate it for a while.  Before roasting, slice onions and carrots , and slice green onions.  And then put them into sauce.




3. Add seasoned meat to a high heat pan and stir-fry.



4. Don't cook it long because it's bulgogi with broth.



5. When the meat and vegetables are cooked well, it's done ~ 
   It's so easy to make it. 



6. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, and serve them nicely and warmly.
